I had a $10coupon come in my email loaded it to my card went the next day bought my groceries thought the $10had come off my groceries well it didn't so later on instacarting used it for a lady whose card wasn't on my phone and she got the $10 can't get it back and wasn't told the reason why it didn't come off my groceries

I would give this a minus 5 if the option were available. Since Food Lion has taken control of the store I have had to get refunds for over charges 8-9 times out of 10. I have talked to the manager about this several times, he himself has walked me to the front to get refunds twice. Last week when I was overcharged I had a FB memory show up that exactly one year that day they had overcharged me. Today my sister let me know that because of my post on FB she checked her receipt and they had over charged her $20.30. How many shoppers are overcharged daily? This is not an occasional thing, it happens all the time. If you shop there check your receipt. Check the Food Lion Corporate website. Company policy is that they return your money and you keep the item or items. If multiple items of the same are purchased they give you a complete refund on one of those items the rest is to be reduced to the sale/shelf price. It's time for Metter shoppers to beware. Check the prices and your receipt. Is it really an oversight or mistake when it happens all the time?

If I could give a negative for the Martinsville store on Greensboro Rd. I was hesitant but decided to use to go order. My time was changed 3 times. When talking to the manager he informed me it was through Instacart which I also had no idea. I still have no idea when I will be able to get my order and that manager’s attitude was horrible. The only reason I don’t cancel is I don’t want to take the chance my card would get charged anyway. Horrible experience and as long as I have been shopping there doubt very seriously I’ll go back

They did in the beginning but now since the vaccine has been approved if you have had the vaccine and you get covid they will pay you to be out but if you are not vaccinated they will not pay you if you get covid. I'm a truck driver for the distribution canter not sure about store personal
