When we got there at 8:30 it was a two hour wait, which we didn’t mind. I know it’s part of their culture… but it create extensive wait times because your server also cooks your pancakes. In my opinion it just creates longer wait times and it doesn’t really matter who cooks your pancakes. It’s cool you can watch but it would be just as fun to watch if it was kitchen staff making them. The pancakes were smaller than I expected, but it’s fun to mix and match batters with different mix ins. I got a pancake breakfast sandwich. I like that they have real maple syrup and maple cream on the table. It’s a little pricey, it cost us $100 for five people (two adults, one teenager, one child) for breakfast which is expensive for that meal. Overall I’m glad we had the experience but I don’t think the novelty of your server cooking your pancakes is worth the wait… they kitchen does cook everything else though!

I came here for the first time this morning. It was probably the best breakfast that I have ever had while staying up in the whites. I tried a "Maple Steamer " for a drink which is steamed milk and maple syrup it was delicious. For my meal I got a half stack of the pancake sampler. I chose oatmeal buttermilk blueberry, coconut cornmeal, and a plain pancake to compare all the different flavors. I also got a side of some crispy home fries and thick cut smoked bacon.

I have heard about this place for years but never made it. I finally have and it exceeded my expectations. Everything was very delicious. The beans are homemade, the bacon from a smokehouse, the pancakes were perfect and cooked by the waitress. I had never heard of a Bloddy Maria but subbing the vodka with Tequila was great as I am a tequila person. I can't wait to try other food items next time.

Yes they do
Yes they do and they're excellent! They cook them on a separate allergen free griddle.
7am-2pm. During Columbus Day Weekend they are not doing reservations or allowing people to call ahead, so it is first come and first serve. Wait times after 8-9am can range from an hour and a half to two hours, so be sure to get there early. (Additionally, if you get there early, there is a 10% early bird discount)
Probably, they offer so many different batters and I'm sure they can make the batter for him on a sterilized stove if you mention it. Maybe call and ask if he reacts to being in the same room as nuts though.

Yes
Yes, this is the place
Yes you can call for reservations or ask how long the wait is. We went during the week and got seated right away but I bet it's crazy on the weekends.
