I went back anyway....service and food quality were much better this time. Prime rib was perfect...although they changed the name of the Tiger dill sauce to creamy horseradish. Hats off to management who were actually visible and visiting with guests.

They are open for lunch & have a special lunch menu
They do 'call ahead.' Call them about an hour before planned arrival and you go to the head of the line when you arrive.
