Read a lot of reviews so didn't know what to expect, but i was in and out in no time. Unloaded me and sent me on my way. When u exit dont go back the way you came , go around the building. I went early morning, no telling how 2nd shift works.

I only drop off but always let me drop trailer early for unloading, I would say check and see they waiting area with plenty of parking 1st on the RHS once you turn in the drive way
