BEST SERVICE. We went in for lunch today and had Antonio. He was our server, host and cook. He did an amazing job at handling the floor. He was the only worker there today and we were still taken care of and attended to. He deserves his own store!! :)

My parents and I came in today to eat lunch. We're from out of state but this was by far the best service we have ever had in any restaurant. Antonio was not only our host, but also our server AND our cook. He was so attentive despite being the only worker in the store. The food all came out in good time and no mistakes. AMAZING service.

The one I went to was open, but that's using the term "open" very loosely.
They show their specials for the day on a stand up easel. You could call your local Ihop
Because they are not even interested in answering the phones or hanging it up it's so bad for their business I don't even think they ever have a phone for you to answer if you look it's from a whole different state
Unfortunately I have to agree with most of these reviews , mainly because I have experienced a lot of the same. That being said the food is good but when they get busy service can go downhill superfast and I don't blame the staff but mgmt needs to be able to run at peak efficiency with a little or a lot of customers. Maybe better training or a back up plan when they get overrun.
My normal wait times have been 20 to 35 minutes. I imagine if it's real busy you can take a little longer, but to wait an hour for an omelet sounds unreasonable
