I spoke to someone weeks ago and no one bothered calling back. I have my utility bill in my hand with proof of delinquency yet the lady on the phone this morning didn't believe me. Her reason was bc she her self couldn't look me up in the system. It's over a month past due and I am over whelmed with how to pay for this. She made me feel like she thought I was lying! On top of that I had my children in the background talking and she made me feel like we were just a bother to her. Its unfortunate bc this is a Christian establishment. You have to have a heart to do this for a living.. bc the people who call in wish they didn't have to.

Was asked if I have a job I told them no they still wanted me to pay half of the bill what since does it make to ask me if I have a job and then still want me to pay half of the bill if I had half I would have spoke to Dominion Energy and tried to make a payment arrangement smh friendly people but I don’t feel like they really want to help !!
