They don’t do anything over there and the lady for the pistol permits is a Lazy no good for nothing slob she has no work ethic at all I have no idea how they have not fired her yet they must be getting bjs from her in the fingerprint office smh

Hello I am a huge fan of the police in every way but today I was greatly disappointed in a officer won’t say her name . She was pulled over in a residential area I have an office there needed to ask her a question because I haven’t seen anyone in a while . She was extremely rude and nasty for no reason I had my daughter in the truck with me she’s 10 . I was told don’t walk up on me like that !!! I was saying hello smiling and said who I was I was told to leave her alone . So sad that my daughter witnessed this today police are supposed to be our friends there for us help us and most important be nice friendly. I am very disappointed to have had this happen but not all law enforcement is this way only a few . I hope she gets the help she needs to be a better officer and person and will pray for her .

Not that this review is going to change anything but I’m going to leave it anyway. Over 2 months ago I had movers pick my stuff up at my home in Elmira. They still have not delivered and do not answer the phone. When I contacted Chemung county Sheriff they called the mover. The first officer didn’t get an answer and didn’t get a call back. Later he called again and the mover told him they couldn’t find my paperwork they told him they would call back but never did. Then that officer went on vacation. After that I called and contacted the day shift supervisor. He gave them a call and they told him I still owed them money that needed to be paid before they would deliver. I told him that was a lie but that I was willing to pay to get my things. He told me there was nothing more he could do about it and that it was a civil matter, even though I told him they refused to answer my calls or call back. Today, almost a week later I called that same supervisor to ask him if he would just call them one more time to let them know I had the money they were asking for in hopes I would be able to get my things. He refused to make that call, and told me not to call him about this again that it was a civil matter. This Sheriffs department has done nothing to help.
