Horrible service, after waiting 1.5 hours we called to check on our order only to be told it would be there in 5-10 minutes. After another 30 minutes we called back after 2 hours of waiting only to be told they used door dash to deliver our pizza and had no idea where it was. If I wanted to use door dash i would have done so, i ordered from papa johns expecting them to deliver not to hand my order off to someone who never showed up.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I ordered they told me 25-30 min for delivery and it was here in an hour. I called and spoke to the manager missy (however you spell her name) and she hung up on me twice. I’ll be trying to get into contact with the owners as it’s not a corporate thing. This is ridiculous how they treat their customers.

Took 2hrs to get here had to call 4 times to figure out where my pizza was rude when I called hung up twice and on hold for 7 minutes. $50 for 2 meat lovers is an insane price
