I lived in North Carolina for over 8 years and bought and sold 3 properties. Ramilya was the realtor for all transactions. She is responsive and worked every day to find a new place and sell my old place. My condos were never listed more than 3 months, and she always helped make my places very appealing to the potential buyer. She really is an excellent realtor. I really did enjoy working with her. Ramilya came highly recommended and still exceeded expectations. Her knowledge and experience keeps you safe from costly mistakes while her wisdom and attentiveness helps you find the house you truly want. In short, she's exactly what you want in a realtor.

Working with Ramilya Siegel was a great experience, Ramilya walked us through the entire process, which made it easy because we never sold property before. Ramilya was so patient with us! She was professional, efficient, and caring in any question or concern we had. Ramilya was very patient ensuring that we would be 100% happy with the final selling option! We would highly refer her to anybody who needs to purchase or sell!

Ramilya was so instrumental in securing the house of our dreams! With choosing a house virtually during a pandemic, we really needed a realtor that didn’t mind taking the time to communicate all details concerning the house. She went over and beyond our expectations and we are so happy with our purchase. I would recommend Ramilya to anyone that is looking for a dependable, caring, efficient realtor to get the job done!

To answer this question, there are two things we want to understand. The first is the reality of the shift in today’s housing market. Make sure your gutters stay clean and clog free. It's best to do this before leaves get wet from rain or snow. Check caulking and weather strips around doors and windows. Trim back tree branches that are too close to your house or other building structures. Check for peeling paint and scrub any mildewed areas you find on your siding. Examine, repair and replace caulk and grout around your bathtubs and showers. Check your fire extinguisher. Refill or replace as needed. Check your driveway for cracks. Fill cracks and reseal as needed.

Where do I start when I want to downsize my Guilford County Home?

Melissa Deputy | Jul 4, 2022

Where do I start when I want to downsize my Guilford County Home? 1. Start with the easy stuff. Eliminate anything that’s broken, damaged, or no longer wanted. Then, go to the out-of-the-way spaces like attics, crawlspaces, and garages. Progress in these "easier" parts of your home will help you build momentum and tackle the harder-to-decide areas. 2. Ask yourself, "If this disappeared tomorrow, would I run out and replace it?" If you wouldn't miss it or need to replace it, it's probably not worth keeping. 3. Don't be a storage unit for others. If friends or relatives have left things for you to store, it's time to ask them to pick up their possessions—or arrange to have them shipped. You may need to be tough and set a firm deadline, after which you will donate the items.
