Great auction filled with quality items. I purchased a number of great military antiques the other day. Unfortunately one of the items I purchased was damaged during the auction preview. Im not much of a complainer, but it was advertised as functional, so i said something about it not working properly. The staff was extremely helpful and polite and immediately issued me a refund. Many auction houses I've dealt with in the past would try to stick you with the broken item. These types of things happen unfortunately, but their willingness to issue me a refund and handle the situation in a professional and honest manner is the reason I look forward to dealing with these folks. Thanks again!

I have been going to crumpton for 50 years. Moved to Florida a few years back and started going again recently. Just getting tuned into the online bidding.
