Shout out to these guys! I'm from out of town and left my laptop power cord at home. Everywhere in the Boone area I looked, no one had this simple cord. Finally found G at W, and the person there was more than happy to donate one to me. I offered to pay, but he said, "No need, we've got about a hundred in the box." A real life saver.

Extremely friendly staff, a very good designed store, and were able to help with ease. I came into the store with a computer that wouldn't start and the bluetooth inside of the computer not working. The extremely friendly staff (specifically a man called John) fixed my computer near immediately and whilst that was getting fixed, I had mentioned that I wanted an ethernet cable. After John had fully fixed my computer within a span of about ten minutes, they gave me a free ethernet cable alongside some tips incase this situation were to ever happen again. I highly recommend this place for anyone with any kind of computer needs and I will definitely be going back if something happens again!

Came in for a small issue and they were able to look at it right away. Small issue turned out to be a bigger one that' not easily fixed, but diagnostic was free which is always appreciated. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately, no, we are not. That would normally require you to send it off to Lenovo for repair, unless you purchased the extra onsite warranty where they would send out a technician to your house/business to repair it onsite. --Jaison

Hi Donna, yes, we can certainly help get you setup with the new Mac Air. It'll be our Signature Care service, which includes any data transfer from your old computer, installation of any programs and/or apps that you'll need, email setup, training, etc. Signature Care is usually $219. --Jaison
Typically not worth fixing, as the labor cost itself would be a new controller unless it's something really simple. You can bring it by the shop and we can take a quick look at it and let you know.
