I have been with Barry and his State Farm location for I think close to ten years and I am always so impressed with his and his office’s customer service. They have been so thorough whenever I’ve had questions or had to set up new coverage or change something. On top of that, in my interactions with them, I got the impression that they truly cared about me, and honestly wanted the best for me. They’ve never been pushy and I feel that the coverage I’ve signed up for was my decision, made with their valuable input and expertise, rather than feeling I was forced into something I didn’t really want. They really listen to what I need and take the time to understand so they can provide the best option. Other than that, I can say that my coverage has run along so smoothly over the years and I’ve never had an issue besides having to update or change coverage. Anytime I’ve had to make a claim it’s been a breeze and I’ve been so happy with the coverage Barry’s office had recommended. I’ve even received one on one advice about how to move forward with a tricky claim once from Barry himself, and I appreciated the time he took to give me all the information I needed to move forward in the best way possible.
