AVOID SUSAN!!! Took my girls in for a haircut. My oldest has been growing her hair long for over a year. She wanted 1-2 inches off, and clearly showed Susan where to cut it. I went back to the chair where my youngest was, 2 chairs down, and when I looked back over a minute later, Susan had taken off about 6 inches!!! Yes, 6 inches. She had her head down and was cutting it across with a pair of clippers! I walked back over and asked my daughter what made her decide to get that much cut off, and she said she didn’t. She couldn’t tell how much the lady was cutting since her head was down. She burst into tears when she saw how much she had taken off. Then, the lady said that’s how much she told her to take off, which I knew was a lie because I was there beside her when she showed her how much max to take off. She even told her she’s been growing it forever to get it that long. She kept smiling like she thought it was funny and it was just hair and would grow back. Yes, it is and it will, but that is NOT the point. Her hair grows slow and she been doing this for a year. Her hair was down to her middle back, and is now right on her shoulders !!! I had the lady who was cutting my youngest finish her…all while Susan kept smiling thinking it was ok. She said it was damaged and needed to be cut that short anyway!!! Not her decision to make!!! Anna Rose fixed it the best she could and did a great job on both girls. She even tried to pay for my oldest girls hair cut since management staff wasn’t there to adjust it. Of course, I didn’t let her since it wasn’t her fault, paid for both cuts and left. We went next door to Sally’s to get some sort of hair growth shampoo, and the lady saw my daughter crying. When we told her why…she was not surprised and said it’s not the first time they have heard this. Susan really needs to stick to men haircuts or find some training classes to attend. I’ve included a picture of her incase she lied about her name.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
