They are no help mostly I had a case open and told them me and my kids were homeless but not one worker helped us get on our feet I was even helping myself and trying it seems The people that really need help don’t get it and the people that are not really in need of help get the help

These people do NOT do their jobs...period. I have been lied to by my case worker Tonya White and have sent emails and called supervisors Karen Bost and Beth Berry with no response. They are not for helping us. They seem to want a free paycheck while we all suffer and can do nothing about it. Such a sorry group of people!

The Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) provides a one-time vendor payment to help eligible households to pay their heating bills.
