I Try to support local businesses whenever I can. I was so disappointed to go in today to ask for help identifying several plants in my yard. I was told “I have no idea- try plant finder” . Very disappointing when a business, where this is their expertise, is unable to help and gas that attitude towards a customer. Good customer service would have been for her to look on plant finder. The snarky note on the door saying their plants are not guaranteed— go to the chain competition— says it all. I will not be back.
