…Beware of this location in West Columbia if you have a reservation!! . I was supposed to be picked up at 10:30 AM on my morning of the reservation. The body shop receptionist, as well as myself, attempted to call them but no one would answer the phone even almost an hour later! . All we got was voicemails. Finally, after calling another Enterprise location , the employee at that location texted them on a personal cell phone to tell them that a customer had been left sitting at the body shop. A driver was then dispatched to pick me up at the body shop. An apology was given by an assistant manager trainee, who told me that this has happened before at this location. The actual assistant manager offered no apologies.

Horrible..Never any cars in all the Columbia locations..Reserve your car 3 months ahead..Scumbags..Shows the type of area..My co has corporate account and still can't get a car. Very rude unprofessional customer service at branch .Oh yea and they lied and said they didn't get my reservation which they blatantly did..Came to my email..District manager needs to overhaul the whole area.

It took 3 days. I returned it on a Sunday and they were closed. I got it Wednesday morning around 2am
