Purchased out my leased Mazda today (who wouldn't in this market?). My experience with salesman Robert Anastasi was seamless, just as my previous experiences have been over the last six years. No BS with Open Road, from the minute you walk in to when you're closing out finances with Oscar. Honest, efficient, stress-free, and dare I say...a pleasure?

Service Dept service has gotten questionable since my last visit but the people there are nice. Links in the website the Service Dept text customers to approve repairs don’t work, messages aren’t returned, calling to approve work is a challenge and also got hit with a 3% service charge for using my credit card for repairs for the first time. No fee for using a debit card but for hundreds of dollars of repairs the average Joe won’t use a debit card. Don’t know what’s changed in the past few months at Open Road Mazda and I hope it’s a temporary hiccup and they’ll turn it around.

I had a great experience buying a pre-owned Ford Mustang here. Sherif Haskaj, the brand ambassador for Open Road Mazda was great to deal with. Sherif was accommodating, diligent, and professional during his communication with me. He always responded to my texts and phone calls in a timely manner. My husband and I had the pleasure of buying our 2022 Cx-9 Signature edition from Open Road Mazda this past week. I am the FIRST to say I DO NOT enjoy visiting car dealerships, but this, I must say, was the most pleasant, no pressure, no BS experience I have had with a car deal!!! Our sales associates Joey was fantastic; we are not the easiest customers, yet he cared for us like family! Oscar, the finance rep, was fabulous too! We are loyal Mazda owners; we plan to return to Open Road for all of our Mazda needs!
