Today 9/26/2022, Chick-Fil-A in Rock Hill SC this is an update from, 6/17/2021, Chick-Fil-A on Dave Lyle Blvd remember this is my opinion, this place nice, clean, friendly service, BUT on these dates 7/11/2022, and 9/26/2022 i order a chicken sandwich that was very small and to well done and hard a little mmm? and i order large wedgies 1/2 of the wedgies in the bag on the top nice size but the other 1/2 of the wedgies in the bag was tiny end parts off the wedgies mmm? Now employees have to place the wedgies in the bag so to me the tiny end parts of the wedgies was place in the bag by the employee mmm? Sorry this is my last order from this Facility!

They don't have a private room and I don't think that you can reserve the play area but you could have the party there.
Part of it I found out from the restaurant was being so short staffed. They shut down the app to help the orders not get out of control.
If it was moldy, it arrived that way more than likely. It happens. Definitely report it. The staff has to report it to the manager and dispose of it according to local health ordinances and company policy. Laws over policy for the safety of consumers!
Wow!! Chick-fil-A is getting as bad as McDonald's!! We won't go to our local ones anymore and it's one of my husbands favorite fast food restaurants! So sad, they used to be so customer centric! All they had to do was have you pull into the curbside while your wife's sandwich was being made. That's what I would have done if I was management pr in charge. I mean what if she was allergic to it....seriously! Just can't treat paying customers like that and expect them to keep coming back. No matter how good the sandwiches taste.
Excellent food! Always fresh and hot with great customer service! Free WiFi and kids play area!
