Update: for anyone who did not read my review all the way through, you will see that I have not had any issues with cookout since 2014. I also got food poisoning twice this place in 2013 or 14 when it first came to rock hill. It was from a burger the first time and the second time it was a BBQ sandwich. I stopped eating there until 2016 when I worked 3rd shift and couldn't find anything else open. I have been eating there ever since and have had no problems with the BBQ or burgers, their milkshakes and BLT is delicious too

Call them, they will give you back your money.

An accident vs not paying attention?

Yeah duh Inside close at 12 and duh drive thru is open but make Sure you check ur food b4 pulling off if not u mite have some one eles food

Cook Out actually started as an eat out restaurant. There are far more Cook Outs with no indoor accommodations. The managers here are probably not used to providing that type of service. Even though, that around a quarter of orders will be had in the parking lot. Next time just tell them; you're used to the original style of Cook Out dinning.
