My daughter fractured her hands while attending the after school. No staff followed up with me after I had to rush her to urgent care. I spoke to Ron Black the manager the following Monday after asking the staff to call him, and gave me a lot of excuses as to them being short staff and why no one followed up to make sure my Child is ok. I told them she would not be returning and but they fail once again to cancel my membership as I asked. Now almost a week little still no one had reach out to me to come to a conclusion.

“The gym part is okay, but the day care they have here is terrible. My child came home complaining that they never wanted to go back, and my kid loves going to meet other kids. My kid said that everybody was being rude to him and that the counselors didn’t do anything about it. If this doesn’t get solved, I’m sueing.”

There isn't a pool at this location. There is, however, an indoor pool at the YMCA at Carolina Crossing in York.
