Waited over 3 hours! Called the day before and was told to just come in. I figured early, as to get done early, if possible.... Arrived at 8. This is the soonest I could get there. Woman checking me in asked if I had an appointment... I was not told of needing an appointment. Then she said "yes, I see you have an appointment, I checked you in yesterday." My first time there, didn't know how things went. Was quoted a price on an evaluation... That price changed. I questioned her about the price change, no answer, just questions. This woman was COLDER THAN ANY MN WINTER!!! You know the kind where NOTHING is forthcoming. I felt in a horrible place. "I'm new here," practically begging the woman for assistance, direction,.... anything.🤷🏻‍♀️.... I read another reviewer while I was waiting, and the story sounded very similar to mine. I won't be back, ever. They obviously don't care about some customers. I was being very nice, but could take it no more.... Got out of there before I started acting like a Karen.
