They sold me a brake controller and a week later it quit working. They would not warranty the part, stating I had to call the manufacturer because it's their part. Horrible customer service! I ordered the part I needed from Amazon for $10 cheaper and no-hassle returns. I will never buy anything from them again.

Ordered 4 on 4 hubs and spindles from Amazon. The bearings didn't fit on the spindle.Returned them and ordered from another place. Ended up with the same brand, Rigid Hitch. After checking bearings and going through a lot of headache to mount the spindles I found that one didn't have the hole drilled for the cotter pin. Gotta question their quality control! UPDATE: Customer service called to try and help with the issue. They were very friendly and helpful and said they would talk to their spindle supplier about qualify.
