I've eaten here a couple of times when I'm in Statesboro. The food is always delicious and the vegetables are fresh. The staff is friendly and right there if you need a refill or anything

It is not "all you can eat". You choose your meat and vegetables and they prepare your plate. One trip. You get plenty of food though and it's all good. I eat there at least once or twice a week.
I have eaten at Fordham for many years, lived it, But this AM Breakfast was a big disappointment. Bacon raw in one end other end over cooked, grits watery (first time ever). Probably will not return.
