Not a walk-in clinic. Walked in and they wanted to schedule me for that afternoon. I’m paying cash… there’s no insurance B.S. with me. I pay you and you write me a prescription. I just need someone to look at a tic bite and give me some antibiotics! How bout you just do first come first serve instead of overbooking on line.

Made an appointment two days prior so it worked well with my work schedule. Showed up, and was told that the provider doesn’t “do” my procedure even though it’s listed on the website as being a provided service. So instead of calling me prior (I listed my requested service on the appointment reason section while booking) I now have to make another appointment somewhere else and wait longer to have my problem address. Very annoyed.
