The office staff is courteous and friendly! I made my appointment and was sent a reminder text. When I arrived I was greeted, completed my paperwork and went into my exam room. I liked the doctor. She explained what she was doing in terms I understand. She ask if I had questions. She is professional and friendly!

The dermatologist is great!!! She does a thorough skin check so you know you have been completely checked for any kind of skin cancer or skin problems. They all make you feel very comfortable and at ease. They caught my melanoma early on so I feel very comfortable and safe going there!!!

The staff was all very friendly and professional. Britney LaFree was thorough, informative, and took the time to listen to all my concerns. She offered multiple solutions and had a conservative approach to treatment. I appreciated not being pushed into aggressive cosmetic procedures.
