Copper Chase is a great place to call home. We love it here, Adrienne got us settled into our apartment super fast. The maintenance team is awesome and get things done super quick. Safe neighborhood. We could not have chosen a better apartment complex.

My husband, and I were shown the model and LOVED IT. We were given an apartment that was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, it had missing closets, the square ft was different, it was a completely different place than what we were shown. They gave us a different apartment and upon moving in. We found MOLD in 3 different cabinets, my daughter (11 months old) and I were unexplainably sick since the entire 4 days of staying here, we are currently going to the emergency room because of mold, and on top of that they are forcing us to file a lawsuit against them, along with us having to stay in a hotel tonight. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please please be aware of where you move and look everywhere. The world is a horrible place, and people will take advantage of you. Apartment complex is very dirty, trailers parked everywhere and unkept patios. Office was dirty when we went to inquire, staff not friendly. Very disappointing for $1900.00 per month

I have edited my rating here 3 times now, I love the home its self. However, after living here for a few months... Its apparent you can not run any errends and expect to having a parking spot near your building. Having neighbors with multiple cars taking up spots while both of mine are in the over flow parking lot is obnoxious and rude. Assigned parking would be such an approvement. Neighbors fight all the time. I can hear them from my living room causing my dog to bark. Having their house hold plants thrown down the stairs in the common area to having their welcome mat thrown down the other set of stairs. Occasionally (from another neighbor) you get the sweet oasis of marijuana. Great for my family and friends to smell when they come and visit.
