I like PC 1 Zone because they are able to support all computers and all the newer and older operating systems. I had purchased a very high end laptop, but it had Windows 10 which was unreliable for my work due to all the updates it receives. They were able to revert it to Windows 7 and find all the drivers which from what I understand from reading on the web is pretty difficult. A+!

Sometimes the owner buys used laptops for parts but it is on a case by case basis. Usually units with harder to obtain parts that another customer needs. Best advice is to take it in and see if it's got parts that may be of use.
