POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I decided to stop by this location to get help because my check engine light had turned on. I stepped into the store to ask for help, as they have a huge poster that says they help with free diagnostic report, just to be told that they were not going to help me because they were low on staff. The store was empty, so I am not sure why she could not step outside to help me. The parking lot was empty and the two employees were there just talking. I had to run to another store to get help. The employees, two women, one with piercings and gauges was rude and unprofessional for no good reason. After figuring out what was wrong with the car, I decided to stop by this store again to purchase the part my car needed to correct the issue at hand and the other employee, an African American woman was friendlier, but also seemed clueless, like she did not know what she was doing when she was giving me the part I was requesting. She did something incorrect and the first employee was rude to her in front of me and said something along the lines of "you better hope that we have the part you just confirmed we had in stock" - that woman just seems like a terrible person to work with or even do business with. I only stopped by here again because it was closest to where I was located at the time, but I would recommend going to a different location, as this place is not helpful or professional.

I should work here They have great customer service I love these guys and gals like family Where would i be without them...oh i know id be on the side of the road lol

Great place to get parts for your vehicle. Helpful clerks who assist with minor things, get that check engine light looked at so you will know the condition of your vehicle. You can find a lot of similar products there as well.

Terrell was very helpfull I found the parts that I needed and ordered them for next day pickup they were kind of expensive but not outrageously expensive so we will see tomorrow how this all works out
