My wife had an "over the phone" appointment at the beginning of Jan. for WIC. She was notified via email the night before of required documents that needed to be faxed by the appointment time. She had sent them before the appt time but the woman on the phone said that she'll call back as soon as she receives the documents. When she called back, she told my wife that she'll need to be set up for a future appt. Finally have that app set for over a month away and now lost WIC benefits until after the next appt.

I was calling the health center about tying get an appointment for immunization. My call was picked up at 4:30-4:40pm on 1/4/22 by a lady named Cheyenne in immunization. Where she asked standard question and I answered them. Until we got to a question of race which I did not will comfortable answering and told her “Do I have to answer that question?” Where she replied, “I’m asking a question.” So Informed her that there is a option to where it states ‘prefer not to answer’ this were she had started getting a bit defensive. This was also not the problem but then she begin to say that I could not book a appointment. Her defense was that is not the immunization/ appointment dept. So I asked her for a supervisor to get a better explanation of the situation. But she refused saying the “we do not have one.” So then I asked her why am I being refused service. Also told her to transfer me to the correct department where proceeded to say, “I do not have to do this.” After this I asked her again why is refusing me of this service. She finally got a date but at that point was confused/annoyed that it would me better to talk to someone else. However, called again and no one answered. I tried to call someone about a complaint that the Receptionist gave me but could not leave a voicemail because it was full (Virginia Gibson). I would like know why your employees are refusing of service where all of our taxes go. I would also like to submit a formal complaint to whom were this (Cheyenne) works. I am truly concern about that employee because I really need this for legal reason and she wants to assurt authority.

I had been getting the telephone transfers and not finding what I needed to get a child school vaccines. Miss Ave, in the RECORDS department, went out of her way to find me answers and give me phone numbers to help me. She wasn't even part of the appointment process but she was an ANGEL! and made such an effort to help me out I cannot praise her enough. Restoration of faith in people caring. Thank You Miss Ave!!

How much do it cost for two copies of my medical records
Im not sure if they are doing covid vaccine at health department. But Walgreens, CVS is and also you can get vaccine card at covid vaccine location which is in the Columbian Mall parking lot off Two Notch Rd.
What if I don’t have a phone how do I go about it then
Yes
No, you have to go to the Free Dental Clinic down Harden St. by Fire Station.
Call the Richland County Health Department Medical Records, Google the number
I don't know if they have that service, go to the free clinic on Harden St, at the end of Calhoun St next to the fire station on Harden.😎
No ma'am. Health Department is geared more towards WIC & testing . Physicals are more for doctors in a medical office environment.
No. But I believe the free med clinic down the street does. You have to be a patient though
They do walk ins but they prefer you call and schedule an appointment. Depending on what type of services you require, for example, immunization for school, you may be able to get a same day appointment.
yes I believe so
No you can not. Family planning, immunization, WIC, children/adult dentist as well as eye exams.
Pregnancy test yes. DNA test no
