My 96-year-old mother moved to this location after living for approximately 56 years in a home that her and my father built. The transition was facilitated by an incredibly confident and capable professional staff in the office. The maintenance staff on site is incredible and extremely responsive to any issues that may arise. The apartment complex location is extremely quiet with and within two blocks of a large shopping center anchored by Stater Bros, Noahs Bagels, Jamba Juice, Dunkin Donuts, and Hoag Hospital urgent care facility. Across the street is a new OC Fire Station. The grounds in facilities are kept impeccably clean and well manicured. My mothers apartment, located adjacent to a large swimming pool Jacuzzi and barbecue common area, is extremely and surprisingly quiet. Most residents either sunbathe, swim quietly, and or read books. Coventry Court Luxury Senior Apartments. This community was established in 2011. It is Tustin's Newest 55+ Community. We dealt with Elzie Willis and Melanie D'Avanzo. They are thoughtful and careful and I really appreciate that. All the tenants we have met have been wonderful. Every building has elevators and air conditioned hallways. Incredible Saline Pool and Jacuzzi also has Free standing fireplaces with lounge seating, ping pong table, 3 outdoor grills, exercise room and daily activities including free Yoga classes. Part of the Columbus Square Subdivision incleds access to the Columbus Square Pool and facilities! BRAND NEW shopping center across the street "Village at Tustin Legacy" shopping center includes Stater Bros, CVS, Chipotle, Ahi-Poke, Board & Brew, Pizza Press, Burger Boss, Dunkin Donuts, Yogurt Land, Noah's NY Bagels and more... The District- Costco, Target, Whole Foods, Movies... The Market Place- Bj's Brewery & Restaurant, Target, Ralph's, Best Buy... The Tustin Train Station is 1/4 mile away Located on Tustin Legacy (old airbase near the blimp hangers) Stunning Vews of Saddleback Mountain Instant access to SR-55 & I-5 PS: Special Thanks to Frankie in Maintenance for fixing my tub stopper. He was super nice and friendly and respectful.

We do accept sec 8, however all of the units that are allocated to such programs are full and there is currently a 4 -5 Year wait list which is only open at this time to residents or those that work in the city of Tustin

Hi Arlene, All of our one-bedroom apartments are set aside for the affordable/low-income housing program and operate off a waitlist. The waitlist for our affordable/low-income apartment homes is currently closed unless the prospective resident lives or works in the city of Tustin.
Yes they allow pets, and yes private patios/balcony with all units
