This dealer is unorganized. They tried to claim that my truck had 3/4 of a tank when I picked it up when it only had 1/2 tank. Then, when I disputed this with the employee there, he said there was nothing he could do. I had to contact U-Haul corporate to dispute the charge. Luckily, I had proof that the dealer was at fault and U-Haul corp. refunded me the extra $40 charge. TLDR: Invalid charge from this location, try any other Uhaul dealer in Cary instead.
