I visited CapriFlavors this afternoon with my son and am blown away at this gem! Being from the Chicago area I took for granted how easy it was to find good Italian food. This is the first time since living in North Carolina I’ve had a truly delicious cannoli. Anthony was so kind and even came out to say hi and offer my son a cookie! The rainbow cookies are also amazing and my husband was very excited that they tasted so good. We can’t wait to come back and try more!

Hi Ron! We don't have frozen Pesto, but we do have a wonderful fresh Pesto that we make ourselves! We make it fresh every week, and it will keep for 3 months in the refrigerator. Just make sure you cover the top with olive oil every time you use some, to keep it fresh. We have plenty in the store now!

Fairly certain I have seen those there. But stock can always change. Calling the store like the other commenter said is the best bet.
They make some pasta in house and sell it frozen.
