The money you make from scrap is considered income. The department of taxation requires identification to make sure that you pay the appropriate amount of tax on your scrap at the end of the year. But only if you scrap more than five or $600 a year. I hope this helps you take care now.
Last time I went it was 40 cents per lb. But aluminum cans was 75 cents per lb

If the food cans are empty you can scrap them as steel. They do not buy the food itself. As for the tv boards, you can take the wires off and scrap them, but you have to make sure that you cut off the plastic pieces on the ends of the wires or else they will not take them. The tv boards them selves you can sell them to a man named Ric Wade. You can search for him on Facebook, he is local. He will buy the boards from you. Have a good one!
If you have alot of cans and need someone to haul them I haul and buy scrap as well as junk vehicles
You can take it and let them know that you don't have a title but you will have to take a picture with the car and have a valid ID

we need photo I.D. A title is helpful, and you get extra money when providing a title. You have to have a title if the car is under 10 years old.
