Bought two used tires the other day, drove two minutes down road, then felt the car run a bit rough. Got out and one of the used tires were flat. I understand it was a bit risky to buy a used tires. Called them and told them and they were very apologetic and told me to come down and they'll replace it. Needless to say, they were very nice and replaced it free of charge, with no hesitation. Good customer service here.
