I love our local 7-11. The staff is always nice the store is kept clean. They even allow me to bring my puppy in when it's too hot outside. Some of these cashiers are so friendly and professional. I only say some because I have not met all of them obviously. The cookies on the way out are the best!!

I came by your store today and the new girl I think she said her name was Kelly. I want yall to know she was awesome. Best customer service I've received in a long time. I normally don't stop at this store but it will be my place to stop from now on. Keep up the great work Kelly.

Entering the store, my husband opened the door for me (carrying a baby) and our 5 year old son. A maskless employee rushing out of the store, rather than open the adjacent door, says sorry as he proceeds to cut me and our son off; we step back to not get plowed through. My husband very upset by this rude behavior asked to speak to management. The woman who claimed to be the franchise owner came out. Clearly upset, my husband explains what happened. He hardly gets the last word out and she’s very quick and short. “I’m sorry that happened to you.” And just stands there looking at us. The employee has since returned to the building, behind the counter at which we were addressing the owner. When my husband pushed that it was rude, disrespectful, and unacceptable, she then asked if we wanted a free coffee. There was never the reassurance that she would speak with the employee, address the behavior, etc. I expect better from my 5 year old; I expect basic manners and common sense how to treat other human beings, ESPECIALLY from the employees of the business I am frequenting. We will not be back and recommend anyone expecting professional etiquette to find another store.
