I come to this area 1-2 times a year from Washington, D.C. If you visit Wake Forrest without stopping here, you are missing out... I never walk out empty-handed as this place is full of awesome trinkets from several decades...

This is not an open flea market, it's an antique store with over 50 vendors who rent space & fill their booths with their finds. They may have what you're looking for but the best way to get what you want is to ask the friendly staff to add you to their wishlist. They will then send it out to their many dealers who will be on the hunt for you. They will contact you when something that matches your criteria comes in. It's an awesome little independent place that always has fresh finds at affordable prices.
The shop itself doesn't as they are a collection of dozens of dealers. However, if you talk to them, they might be able to put you in touch with someone that does.
They do offer consignment. I am not sure about clothing. Call the Mall and ask for Liz.
