Horrible. We are in a new sub division with mailboxes at the top of the road for 4 houses.... when ever we get packages the driver never leaves a key to open the package spot on the mailbox.. it takes an extra 4 days to get anything. Very annoying when we are waiting for stuff for my son and expecting it on a certain day.... it would take an extra 2 minutes for the driver to put it on our porch... lazy lazy lazy... did I mention lazy.... and I have called the post office about this maybe 5 times... its sad people are this bad at the easiest things...

this is the most unprofessional post office ever. The spanish lady and her manager are the worst. they gaslight black people bad!!!!!! i will complain everyday i have to go there. We should demend better service or not go there...I will be at next town meeting. the manager of the place, this rude guy was help and its a crazy to have a complainr=t but have to go thru who your complaning about. its not right. worst place

I had to come back 3 consecutive days due to a mailbox issue caused by my rental company. I dealt with different team members each time and they were all kind, patient, and compassionate with me. The postmaster even came up front to help me at one point, and she was incredibly kind. There was usually a line of people waiting for services but it moved quickly. This post office exceeded my expectation in every way!

I don’t know why the mail person didn’t pick up all my mail to be sent out, but it was a important thing to be sent out and is a time sensitive item I have correct postage. I’m on a road off 115 in 28625 zip code. I had it toward the front of the mailbox on top of a big envelope that they picked up so why they didn’t take the three envelopes on top of it I don’t know. That was yesterday March 14th 2022. Today they don’t want to pick up the phone to talk to anyone today is March 15th 2022.
