I am moving from out of state and was recommended this by my current Doctor because he knew Dr. Carstens. I asked to make an appointment with the scheduler and she states no new patients because she is leaving our office. I ask where is she going, I do not know. We have other doctors who can see you and said okay I would make appointments with them. They are not accepting new patients until January of next year!!!!! Why would you tell me that when I already told you I have a condition which I need treatment every 8 weeks, so unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. Never been treated like that on the phone from a medical provider. I wonder if I show up if the energy would be same. Luckily more people choose from , but still this unacceptable.

Avoid this place. Incompetent. They only call in prescriptions once a day. Sent script without frequency directions. Will not return pharmacy calls. Still waiting a day later.

Easy to get on the schedule just had to wait a few weeks, kind and courteous staff, knowledgeable doctor and quick with her overview. Was able to get a growth on my face removed in office on my first visit within 10 minutes of getting into the office. Highly reccomend this office!
