Spicy Lili

The store employees lie every night about being closed past 10PM, google hours said confirmed by call to the store itself they’re open 24/7 but on many occasions in my 6 years living here, it’s anything but true. Mobile ordering on THEIR app if they truly are closed, should update their own hours as the other locations do. This store needs to be reported to corporate and shut down or put under new management.

This is hands down the absolute WORST MCDONALDS I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing. The staff will close the store down at random times! They always make up lies about systems being down or some other asinine excuse. The staff are ALL rude. I’m really not sure how this particular location remains open. I’m not sure if it’s corporate owned or a franchise but I will definitely be calling to find out and let them know exactly how terrible this location is! I really was negative stars was an option because giving this place 1 star is far too generous!

When they are fully staffed, they are quick. However, sometimes they seem short handed and only have one lane open in drive thru. They seem to take care in getting your order correct, I’ve never had one wrong. (Knock on wood.)

One of the worst you could ever experience. Ordered a regular mcchicken and a spicy mcchicken, waited for 20 minutes. When the food was brought, it was cold. Stood there for 20 minutes while waiting no one ever asked. When will here close? If you are not extremely longing for McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A across the street is way much better. Oh I forgot, McDonald’s is way below the average line.
