I had a bad experience at this place tonight. The two guys working were most unhelpful. I walked in and started explaining to the guy my VW said “no key” error on dash And I explained the indicator light. I had gotten the car to start to drive up there though. I asked if they could run a diagnostic on the battery but they said I should probably just go to the dealership and have them run a full computer diagnostic on the car. He suggested maybe the car disconnected with key fob completely. I said could he at least troubleshoot with me a little bit because it was a Friday night and a holiday weekend so I wouldn’t be able to get to the dealership very soon. They both said well they wish these other two employees were working because they were VW people but the two of them were not knowledgeable of that car. Once I convinced him to sell me a new battery for my key fob, I said should I restart the car which I had left running in the parking lot. he said that’s probably not a good idea but you should drive home and turn the car off. He said we are open another hour and a half so if you have any problems. Well if I get my car to my house and it doesn’t restart there’s no way I can come back up to the store!

The best place to buy auto parts! Staff knows their stuff, prices are good, place is clean and will not go anywhere else. Makes their competitors (who are close by) look like chumps. Very helpful and worked hard to get me exactly what I needed to get back up and running.

Extremely unhelpful when my husband and I went in asking about RV winterizer. They were sold out but were rude and only 1 young guy even offered suggestions of other places to look. Plan to never go into this location again as other locations have always been extremely friendly and helpful.

Very helpful. Bought wiper blades. I didn't asked but they offered to install them! Great customer service. That kind of service is definitely not expected from an auto parts store, but much appreciated. I recommend this location, highly!
