I would highly recommend anyone thinking of dealing with this company to reconsider... Worst place I have ever dealt... they do nothing but lie to you and put off the responsibilities.... the house was in awful condition plus several other problems... I would recommend everyone to do buisness elsewhere

Some home centers have land home packages. They all have the ability to roll them together if you find a piece of land that you want as long as the appraisal value is in line with the asking price. I would recommend getting a pre-approval to determine your buying power. Hope that helps.

i have a loan approval from usda which says i can use it for manufactured homes but will need land to put it on and do you have any land avaialble in abingdon or washington co va and have you had dealings with usda rural development single dwellings
