I’m only giving 1 star because I cant leave 0 stars.For starters the communications is absolutely horrible. I don’t even know why they have a business phone because they never answer and don’t even have a voicemail set up to leave a message if you wanted to. So my 8 hour/1 day service turned into them having my vehicle for 3 days. The owner told us they had the lift kit in, just for his coworker to inform us it was the wrong year for my vehicle . I was fine with waiting another day. On day 2 he calls shortly after 2 pm to tell me that he ordered an “open box”lift kit and it was missing pieces. So at that time I told him I would just come get my vehicle until the part came in because we’re going into day 3. He was irritated stating that he would have to “put my vehicle back together, what’s wrong with just waiting another day?” My response was”I can’t not have a vehicle that long and I don’t want to wait another day just for the same issue to happen”He said give him a few hours and I could come pick it up. Gave him time started calling around 5 NO ANSWER! Leaving me without a car for a 3rd day at this point. Called multiple times the next morning I got no answer until I called from another phone number and he answered on the second ring. Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience instead he blamed everyone else for the issue. When I went to pick up my car he basically told me I was lying about our previous conversations and said he would no longer do touch my vehicle. I would have had no issue with waiting had he just admitted he made a mistake instead they were nonchalant and blamed everyone else. After all of that I realized they didn’t even mount my 5th tire back on properly. Worst service ever !
