Absolute worst experience at a vet office in my entire life. They will nickel and dime EVERY SINGLE PROCEDURE. Front desk is unacceptable. Gina, the office manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Go somewhere else. Update after your response: the patient is always right. As far as verbal abuse; I verbalized your incompetence, your demeaning attitude, and I most certainly called you out on your unprofessional behavior. You rip people off and expect for each and ever customer to cough up $600 after only lepto boosters were requested. You took blood on one of our dog’s without authorization or consent. It’s called lack of communication, ;at the front desk AND the techs and Vet) lack of ethics and lack of respect. I was well within my rights to tell you that you, the manager, are completely unprofessional lacking the common intelligence of your position. Get off your high horse because you are the tackiest clinic I’ve ever met. If you don’t appreciate being called out on your disrespect, maybe it’s time you go to school for management to learn how to treat customers. Patient rights were violated, new customers were taken advantage of and I will absolutely be filing a complaint to your board. Two can play that game.
