Very nice practice to deal with. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and seem to genuinely care. The only thing I wish they had done differently was to tell us upfront that they don’t take Medicare for purchasing hearing aids. That’s the reason for 4 stars. They take it for an office appt but that’s all. That could make a world of difference to people that cannot afford hearing aids unless they can use insurance.

My daughter had tubes done by Dr. Potts. After surgery I had a few concerns as she was running a fever. His PA was condensending, rude and brushed me off multiple times. She sent me to my pedictrian who was confused why she sent us there. The following day I called back and the PA asked me "what I expected them to do" and denounced anything was wrong with her ears and then said "did you think she was just teething?" I called again the following day to speak with the doctor and never heard ANYTHING back from anyone until it was time for my followup.
