Every visit have always been very pleasant, staff have always answered every question and gone above and beyond, with the exception of the girl who was working the front desk yesterday morning. Up on arriving at my daughters appointment I wanted to update addresses, etc and have all corrections made prior to billing but apparently having to make the extra little steps was too much. She was simply rude. Hopefully her day got better and she was much more pleasant to all of the other patients that came in throughout the day.

We have used Pycraft Family Eye center since we moved to Wooster almost 5 yrs ago! He is WONDERFUL!! I highly recommend him with or without insurance!!
We have filed the paperwork with caresource and Ohio medicaid but haven’t been given the green light yet. We are hoping soon!
