They never call for their scheduled telehealth appointment times, the turnover rate is high so there is no consistency for patients with longer-term needs, and the receptionists are never helpful, more infuriating than anything tbh. Healthcare should be easily accessible and make sense.

I had an assessment appointment 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear from them to make an appointment for me.very disappointed, especially when it is very hard for someone to make that first step to get the professional help they feel they need.i met a very nice lady filling out paper work but disappointed in the rest

Mark Delpra is great! I have been able to do all of my appointments over the phone. He really listens & makes appropriate medication changes as needed. I appreciate how he addresses my concerns and is very easy to talk to. I have crippling anxiety & he is the first counselor that has really helped me to address it.

Waited 2 months for an appointment to show up and first be told I had the wrong time and then that it was a mistake and they had canceled the appointment the same day I made it. Seems scheduling would be an imperative part of a counseling organization but they don't treat it as such. The experience left me deflated after waiting that long.

Yes they have a sliding fee scale
They do have Docs there. You would have to go through the therapist to get refered.
I don't know, it's my daughter that goes there.
Yes
This is from the website: "The Counseling Center accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurance plans, including Worker's Compensation. If you do not have Medicaid, Medicare or private health insurance, or if your plan does not cover all of the services that you need, you may qualify for special assistance from the local Mental Health and Recovery Board which can reduce your fees. Fee reductions are calculated based on income and family size. In order to determine if you qualify for any fee reduction, you will need to bring insurance card, if you have one, along with some documentation of your income, such as a pay stub, tax form, and something that documents that you are a resident of Wayne or Holmes County. A utility bill in your name or a driver's license is usually adequate for this purpose. Fee assistance is limited to persons who are currently residents of either Wayne or Holmes County. "
