Oak Lawn Cemetery is a beautiful place where both my parents are laid to rest. My dad grew up down the street on Hillside Rd on a farm owned by his grandfather, as a child he played in the cemetery and rode his bike there. He and my mother just loved the beauty of Oak Lawn; they loved the wildlife and the beautiful trees, especially the dogwoods when they are in bloom. My husband and I will be visiting in October and plan on making arrangements for our future in Oak Lawn.
