Fantastic, as an oldster I really appreciate that no ladder is required to hang the shades. When I called, I spoke with some of the nicest, most professional people I've ever delt with in the industry they made the whole process pleasant and painless. Of course, I called late in the season just before a trip out west, the answer-no problem we have a process for that too. The finished shade is perfect, I love the snow leopard printed on the shade. You won't be disappointed with this purchase!

We bought a full set of Magne Shade products (windshield, driver's side window, passenger side window and door shades, mirror, wiper, and tire covers) in 2016 for our 2015 Newmar Ventana 4369. The ordering and delivery process was excellent and we've enjoyed their quality product for 6 years. This year, our 4th season in the Colorado sun, we noticed some loose stitching on the windshield and driver's side shades. We contacted Magne Shade and were immediately offered a hugely discounted deal to replace then both. We shipped them back, and within two weeks, received the Replacements. They fit perfectly, and match our other shades exactly! We couldn't be more pleased, or recommend this company more highly!

We make an awning drop for automatic awnings but do not make the actual awning itself.
You absolutely can. I'll send you over via email the full instructions for doing that. You will just need to purchase some new adhesive unless you have enough left over from your original install to redo that.
Our team is presently wearing masks while working. Further given the size of our facility and the nature of our product each production staff members work station is well over 6 feet apart. Customers are at this current time not allowed in shop without a mask, though we expect this to change in the future. During installs we also wear masks in customer coaches and ask that the customers remain 6 feet away from our installers, and request that they wear masks as well. We also sanitize work stations and high touch areas daily.
Linda, Thank you for your question. That is true to a degree. If you have your lights in the coach on at night then people can see in. The transparency of the fabric is based on the difference in light level inside vs outside. So because you don't have any lights in the coach as powerful as the sun then view in at night will never be anywhere near as clear as the view in during the day. But if you have greater light level inside than out at night people will be able to see in. That is why we always recommend using your privacy curtains at night.
