Manager wasted my time poor communication seems like she can’t read a application most of the stuff she said she could have just called instead of wasting my time and gas 👎🏾 Issa no

2 years ago I was looking for a place for my son and I I got the paperwork done and was told that the state would not help me because I wasn't homeless enough. When I made the choice to move down south I thought I would be happier but the only way you get help anywhere is if you claim that your crazy. I had no home no place to go and it came to the point that I had to leave my oldest son with his grand parents in New Jersey. Still to this day I'm still homeless. And with out help I can barely walk and my health is not any good. I loved the apartment they showed me, but no luck.

Great looking apartments with great leadership and maintenance. I’d recommend to anyone.

I've lived at Camden Pointe Apartments for over four years. The staff is always very helpful and professional. Our maintenance man is very prompt to get issues resolved and is willing to assist you in any way. I'm very particular about whom I allow into my place and I trust this maintenance associate 100%. With that being said, the trash dumpster issue needs a resolution due to dumpster not accommodating all of the trash. Our neighbors are respectful and kind. The apartment we rent truly is a haven. The picturesque view from our apartment is sensational to say the least. In short, we are overjoyed with this peaceful and pleasant location.

No, you have to furnish your own laundry appliances!!!
Yes, they do accept pets! I am fairly certain a pet deposit is required!!!
I am not exactly sure what you mean but from my experience & from what I had seen when my friend lived here everyone has a little patio area you can sit on also there is the pretty good size breezeway at the top of each level of steps you come to I couldn't imagine that the management wouldn't have a problem with anyone putting a couple of chairs & people sitting & talking as long as you are not blocking the stairs & creating a hazard in case of an emergency. Plus I would think that you would have to get your chairs & things up out of the breezeway in case of an emergency during the night so no one would trip or they create a hazard during the evening or night. Also there is a slight yard around the buildings & I am not for sure & never seen it but I would think that as long as you don't leave any mess or any chairs out after your visit I don't think that there would be any problem with neighbors hanging outside with or without children their children as being a problem.
