Said oil plug was stripped. They're the only one who have changed oil on my truck since new. Said they sucked oil out with machine. Got home checked oil. Still dirty and oil filter looked old. Not going to argue with them. Just not going back. Do not recommend to anyone unless you want to be ripped off.

Literally go anywhere else. Go to a junkyard and get a blown out tire, you’d be better off.
